Fasting and juice fasting are incredibly powerful healing tools. And they are cheap! In stead of spending a fortune on drugs and herbs, you get healing all for free!

I started out yesterday, mentally ready for a long fast with a minimum of juices just to keep going. I know by experience that I can not keep up a water fast for more than 6 days (because it is impossible to rest with a family to look after!). So will see this time how far I get with addition of a little juice!

Over the years I have solved a host of health problems by changing over to the mucusless diet and then the raw food diet for many years. I feel great, but feel I am not getting the full benefits because we have no access to high quality organic food. With other words, by eating a lot of fruit and a lot of inorganic vegetables we also get loads of pesticides etc.

Long term goals: retard aging of skin, improve eyesight, improve digestion

Please feel free to ask advise in case you are not sure if this is the way to go for you. Not everyone is ready for it. Especially if you come from a junk food diet, it can be dangerous to do this without supervision. You better start by improving your diet first, and replace all unhealthy stuff by natural wholesome unprocessed food. Always be aware of detox reactions!
